Beatrice “Bea” Halstead
Cultural Leader | Nonprofit Professional | Digital Strategy Expert
As a transformational leader and cultural advocate based in the Denver Metro Area, I bring together over two decades of corporate excellence with emerging expertise in nonprofit arts management. I completed my Master’s in Art and Cultural Management at the University of Denver with a 4.0 GPA. Today, I am consulting on various business strategies for fundraising, marketing, grant writing, event planning, community engagement, program metrics and organizational measurement, and social impact measurement.
My journey spans from directing global digital marketing initiatives to championing cultural advocacy, giving me a unique perspective on organizational leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve led multi-million dollar digital marketing initiatives and managed global web operations teams with zero turnover, demonstrating my commitment to authentic leadership and team development.
As the former Medtronic Women’s Network Chair, I spearheaded initiatives to transform corporate culture, including implementing company-wide inclusive self-identity metrics that affected over 90,000 employees. I work with organizations like Streetwise Arts in Boulder, Colorado, focusing on advancing public art access and community engagement through innovative programs and strategic partnerships.
I believe in combining analytical rigor with creative vision, applying my expertise in program design, strategic communications, and social impact measurement to drive organizational success. My leadership approach emphasizes transparency, belonging, and measurable outcomes, making me particularly effective at bridging the gap between corporate efficiency and nonprofit mission fulfillment.
Beyond my professional work, I actively contribute to the Denver Metro Area’s cultural landscape through volunteer leadership roles and community service initiatives. My comprehensive understanding of digital strategy and cultural advocacy allows me to bring innovative solutions to the nonprofit sector, particularly in strategic planning, community engagement, and social impact measurement.
I am passionate about leveraging my unique corporate and nonprofit experience blend to create meaningful change in arts and cultural organizations focused on social justice and community impact.
